This supports a console only running system.

It still lacks kernel packages as like on ARM, these are very custom depending on the system.

Tested in Qemu as well as on a Sipeed Nezha / Allwinner D1.

Package repo is at https://repo.archlinuxpower.org where the ppc64le and ppc will move towards in the near future as well.
